SANCTUARY STUDY

In the first quarter of 2019, the church is studying Wilderness Tabernacle and the significance of the sanctuary.  Come join us Wednesdays from 7-8 pm to learn more what the sanctuary means for us today.  If you aren't able to attend, you can watch live via Facebook or look for videos on the Sermons page.

CHURCH CAMP OUT

Mark your calendar for our Big Lake Church Camp-out June 7 -9 at Camp Tuk.  We are going to have a wonderful experience as we spend time rejoicing about God's creative power in the beauty of the Alaskan outdoors.  We are hoping for a VERY LARGE gathering together!
 

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS

The church served over 1,000 people so far in the first quarter of 2019!  If you would like to help with this ministry, both volunteers and food donations are neededFood pantry hours are Wednesdays from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm.  Questions or comments can be directed to Elder Herb Joseph.
 

UNABLE TO COME TO CHURCH?

Consider joining the Friday prayer line or  Remote Sabbath School class.  Both are groups that meet telephonically Friday nights at 7 pm and Sabbath Morning at 9:30 am.  Join fellow Alaskans across the state for prayer and study.  Call 1-800-719-6100, access code 4760107.

The west side entrance of the church will be locked at 11 a.m. every Sabbath.  Please enter through the main doors.

SPOTLIGHT

 

Camp Tukuskoya

Join us for ice skating, sledding, fellowship and vespers Sabbath, March 23.  Lodge opens at 3 pm and Haystack dinner at 6.  We will be "dry camping" so bring all haystack toppings ready to serve.  Chips, cider and cocoa packets also needed.  We will end the Sabbath with Vespers at 7 pm - bring your instruments!

 

CAMP TUK WORK BEE, MAR 24
